KOMENDA COLLEGE OF EDUCATION ORGANIZES PROFICIENCY EXAM FOR KITCHEN STAFF IN COLLABORATION WITH GHANA TVET SERVICES

In a bid to enhance the professional competence of its kitchen staff, Komenda College of Education, in collaboration with Ghana TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Services, has successfully organized a comprehensive training session followed by a proficiency examination.

 

 

The program, which forms part of the college’s commitment to the professional development of its staff, aimed to equip the kitchen personnel with updated skills in food preparation, safety, and kitchen management. The training, conducted by experts from Ghana TVET Services, focused on modern culinary techniques, food hygiene practices, and effective kitchen operations.

This collaboration marks a significant step toward ensuring that the college maintains a high standard of catering services while fostering a culture of continuous learning among its employees.  Komenda College of Education continues to lead by example, demonstrating that investing in staff development across all departments is crucial for overall institutional excellence.
