The T-TEL challenge fund project for Komenda College of Education aimed at the Professional Development of Tutors was kick-started with a buy-in meeting between Management of the College and the Project team.
The buy-in meeting with the management of the college took off 21st November 2016. The programme started at 10am at the College’s Conference Hall. It started with an opening prayer by Mr. Eric Sekyi the MC for the occasion. This was followed by the introduction of members by Mr. Eric Sekyi. Among them were Mrs. Comfort Sarpong Akosa the principal of the college, Mr Kow Parker the Vice Principal , Emmanuel Kuturglo and Mr. Collins Awuku of the University of Education Winneba, the partner institution.
Mrs. Comfort Sarpong Akosa, the principal of the college gave the welcome address. She thanked all and sundry for honouring the meeting especially our project partners from the University of Education Winneba for their support. Accepting to partner the college to undertake such an important project.
A presentation on the proposed project was delivered by Mr. Raphael Sifah the Project Team Lead. He sought to run Management through the rational, the objectives and the activity plan for the project. According to Mr. Sifah, the entire project is supposed be completed within twelve (12) months. However, the twelve (12) months has been divided into four quarters and a mile stone is expected to be covered in each quarter.
After the presentation of the overview of the project, time was allowed for members present to ask questions about the project that borders their minds. Some of the questions asked were

2. Time duration of the project
3. How do we intend to sustain it after T-TEL
Having been satisfied with the intended project the management and the project team signed the document.
