The Assistant Secretary Academics, Ms. Michaelina Obosu administered the Matriculation Oath after which the Vice Principal, Mr. Samuel Parker presented the students to be matriculated by the Principal, Very Rev. Kwesi Nkum Wilson (PhD).
Upon matriculation, the Principal subsequently congratulated all matriculants on their admissions and particularly commended them for their demonstrated comportment, thus far. He bade them to optimize to their timelines and fully participate in all their academic activities for a successful study on campus; advising them to desist from any tendencies that will undermine their purpose for being ‘here’.
He again called on students to be instrumental in their safety by adhering to the COVID 19 protocols and complementing the College’s security efforts by keeping them and their personal belongings safe.
To this, he welcomed all freshers to acquaint with the range of support services made available to ease their studies on campus:
‘Management of the College has put in place Early Childhood education services as a support service for mothers on this programme. Please visit the Complex Hall to access this facility’.
‘The Library is always open for your use, please patronize it purposefully’.
He also informed students that the College’s internet service has been put at their disposal for their conscientious use as he also directed them to the College infirmary to access the facility when need be.
In conclusion, he encouraged all freshers to persistently endeavour to be successful in their studies.
